Contact DualLine supportWhat is the difference between an eSIM and a second line?
A travel eSIM adds a mobile plan to a compatible phone; eligible packages may also include calls and SMS. A DualLine second line is a separate number for personal communication through the app. The products are purchased and managed separately.
Does WhatsApp really work?
It depends on the country, provider and WhatsApp’s own acceptance checks. A US +1 number may have different compatibility from a VoIP number, but WhatsApp, bank and payment verification results are never guaranteed. Review each country’s capability details before you pay.
Can I lose my number?
Where the app displays a 30-day protection window, we attempt to hold the released number for that period. Mandatory provider or legal withdrawal may happen earlier. Recovery is not guaranteed; review the current Terms and remove the number from third-party accounts before release.
Is my personal number visible?
No. Messages go through your DualLine number and that is all the other side sees. Your personal number is never shared.
How many numbers can I have?
Eligible plans support up to three lines per account. Each line has its own inbox, history and settings; availability and the line limit shown in the app control what you can add.
Is cancelling difficult?
Cancel renewal in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Access continues through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription; number recovery is subject to the current Terms.
